Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Management

Betting & Gaming Rules

Limitation of Liability

pr8888's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pr8888 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pr8888 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or service on the pr8888 platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pr8888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform access, and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processing delays.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pr8888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

pr8888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where pr8888 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited activity;
• Your account has been flagged by our responsible gaming monitoring systems as exhibiting patterns consistent with problem gambling that require intervention;
